With a background in marketing, international finance, and logistics, Michele Liang is regarded for her ability to help her clients set and achieve their real estate goals, having completed 15 transactions in her first year in the business. Michele’s expertise stretches from commercial properties, new development projects and investment resale, to land transactions, residential real estate and first-time homebuyers, both in Seattle and on the Eastside. As a real estate investor herself, Michele’s clients appreciate her familiarity with investment, her understanding of international business, accounting and the aerospace industry, and comfortability working with foreign investors. She was recognized for her exceptional sales representation at the forthcoming NEXUS condominium tower in downtown Seattle and was one of three brokers awarded a Rolex for achieving top sales.

She works with both local and international clients, utilizing her fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, and degree in Business Management with a double minor in Chinese and Finance from Seattle University’s Albers School of Business & Economics. 

With a strong connection to Seattle’s technology and startup industries, Michele has proven herself a strong advocate for her clients within the region’s “Silicon Forest,” sharing that expertise in her Seattle Tech blog. As an active member of the community, Michele serves as an ambassador for New Tech Seattle and Hootsuite, is an active member of the Downtown Seattle Association, Columbia Tower Club, Seattle Art Museum and the Young Professionals of Seattle Organization, among others. She currently lives in South Lake Union with her husband, Bryan Brzeg, and their adorable puppy, Truffle. Together, the two enjoy often traveling to Vancouver, Hong Kong, Dubai, and China to visit family and strengthen their international business connections. Michele loves the vibrant lifestyle that downtown living affords, and is often found embarking on a culinary adventure, doing hot yoga, or planning her next trip.
